Mama Was Crazy
By Rok Dog
(Momma was crazy, justifiably so.
I was always in some kinda trouble, just so you know!.)
Momma tried, she always gave it her all.
Tough little lady, you always new when she would call.
Out your name, her Tone was stated.
This Was like the early nineteen eighties, so now it is dated.
Momma tried, the struggle was real.
Quick little breakdown here is the deal.
Four boys in the house, always fighting and yelling.
I was in the middle i was the one rebelling.
Momma tried, her hand, fly swatters and sticks.
Something was up with those nineteen seventies, chicks.
I get i got but she wasn’t even a drunk.
Its like she hated us living, like we put her in that funk.
Momma trierd, belittling and screaming.
I would hear her beating my little brothers.
Sometimes I would think I was dreaming.
Nightmares of terror, mark’s and bruises too hide.
(Mamma tried is bullshit, i really just lied.)
Fake and phony she had no friends of her own.
Drop out from high school about as smart as a stone.
(Momma was crazy, justifiably so.
I was always in some kinda trouble, just so you know!)
Momma was crazy, but taught me to take a beating.
In front of others, she was like a whole different person you would be meeting!
Loving and sweet, fake smile and hello.
Like really, what F***! She can be mellow?
Untreated bipolar, mental disorder.
Birthed those sons, never had a daughter.
Momma is crazy, negative and always yapping.
I would never do it, but I picture shutting her up by slapping.
Momma was small town, married big money.
Now with a big house and new cars , this was far from funny.
Momma was crazy, we would all look at pops and wonder.
If that was me, I would have put her under.
The deck, the pool even a planted tree.
(Momma was crazy, justifiably so.
I was always in some kinda trouble, just so you know!.)
She taught me a lot, actually how not to be,
I don’t hate her I love her, i’ll even thank her for the lessons.
Because of her, I can control my aggression.
Momma was evil, i can’t even try to defend.
Out of respect I do it, I force myself to send.
Wishes of wellness, because we are just not the same.
Momma was a crazy bitch momma is insane.
Sneaky and conniving always trying to get one by.
It was always about her.Don’t even give it a try.
To talk about yourself, she wouldn’t even listen.
Momma could die tomorrow, and none of us would be missing.
I can respect the struggle, just not the ways.
They always say, things were different back in the days.
(Momma was crazy, justifiably so.
I was always in some kinda trouble, just so you know!.)
